Why Freeze Dry
Freeze drying is a process by which water content is removed. By freeze drying perishable food and storing with the correct methods, we can preserve it for an estimated 20-25 years. All the nutrients are left within the food keeping it locked in. Best Before dates stamped are subject to relevant Food Standards & Regulations and will not be in alignment with the long term estimate above.
This is a perfect solution for anyone living an off-grid lifestyle, camping & caravaning meals, snacks for adventures & hiking, emergency prepping & disaster relief, or just economical long-term storage of food.
Some products are vacuum sealed while others are simply put into mylar or reselable bags. This all depends on how delicate & brittle a product becomes after freeze drying. Some packaging may not be as pictured.
Oxygen absorbers & silica sachets can be arranged on custom orders, please contact us prior to placing your order.
