Aussie Lamb diced

Organic Australian Lamb fillet diced - freeze dried sold in individual packets. Each 150g packet is the equivalent to 500g wet (once reconstituted).

Human: Simply rehydrate with hot water and cook as usual or add to wet dishes allowing for up to 30% extra liquid as required.

Animal: Break off into pieces, crumble as a meal topper or rehydrate as above for a full meal.

Product is put through an auto dicer machine prior to freezing and returns pieces 0.5cm up to 4cm chunks. Product estimated to last 20-25 years when kept air sealed in original packet. Please advise if you intend to store for this time period & we'll throw in an oxygen absorber to the vacuum sealed packet. Contact us for wholesale size orders.
