Aussie Lamb diced

Organic Australian Lamb fillet diced. Every 150g is the equivalent to 500g wet (once rehydrated).

Human: Simply rehydrate with hot water and cook as usual or add to wet dishes, we recommend allowing for up to 130% extra liquid or as required.

Animal: Break off into pieces, crumble as a meal topper or rehydrate as above for a full meal.

Product is put through an auto dicer machine prior to freezing and returns pieces 0.5cm up to 4cm chunks. Contact us for trade orders.
