Fresh Organic Australian Strawberries, freeze dried & milled to a fine powder. Suitable for adding directly to anything. Add into a smoothies, cake toppings & cocktails for an intense Strawberry flavour.

100% Organic Australian Strawberries. No additives, preservatives or anti-caking agents. Non GMO. Non-irraidiated.

Approx. 20g powder equivalent to 250g punnet of fresh strawberries.

Please note that due to the high pectin & sugar levels in berry powders, along with the absence of anti-caking agents, there is a high potential for clumping to occur. In most cases these can be broken up by hand or still dissolved in water. We suggest using a spice grinder prior to use for hard lumps.
